Constitution: Cellulase enzyme.

Description: Lyzertouch PDF is an engineered component of cellulase enzyme designed specially for denim washing providing high contrast washed effects, which converts cellulose to lower molecular weight components. The product is compatible with non-ionic wetting agents, surfactants and diatomaceous earth. The recommended dosage varies between 0.5 to 1.0% owg with operating temperature between 45- 60 deg cen at a pH of about 6 to 7. The duration of operation varies with requirement. However treatment with PDF for about 45 mts to 60 mts offers the necessary look and contrast while maintaining back staining to a minimum. It is not necessary to incorporate wetting agents during the process. An MLR of about 1:8 is normally recommended. Raising the temp beyond 80 deg cen for 10 minutes or alternatively raising the pH to about 8 for a similar duration can bring about inactivation of the enzyme.

Storage: Lyzertouch PDF should be stored at a temp preferably not exceeding 25 deg cen. Prolonged storage at temperature above 30 deg cen will reduce enzyme activity. Contamination with ferric ions should be avoided.

Shelf Life
Three months if stored below 30c.
